15-Day Return Policy

Eligibility & General Conditions

ELECTROHIT PTY LTD (ABN 65 663 551 200) provides a 15-day return policy for eligible electronics, subject to the following conditions:

  • Reimbursement: Customers receive 100% of the purchase price. Bank transfer and payment processing fees charged by financial institutions are non-refundable.
  • Eligible Buyers: Applies only to individuals and businesses within Australia purchasing products from https://shopelectrohit.com.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with no signs of damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification. All original packaging, manuals, and included accessories must be returned.

Eligible Products

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be purchased directly from ELECTROHIT PTY LTD.
  • Include all accessories and documentation originally provided (chargers, cables, manuals, warranty cards, etc.).
  • Be free from physical damage, software tampering, or signs of misuse.

Return Terms & Conditions

  • Return Period: The 15-day return period begins on the day you receive your product.
  • Usage Limits: Electronics must not show excessive wear. For devices with measurable usage (e.g., laptops, smartphones), battery cycles and software logs must not exceed normal testing use.
  • Exclusions:
    • Products sold as final sale or specifically marked as non-returnable.
    • Products not returned with all original accessories and packaging.
    • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

Return Process

  • Contact our sales team within 15 days of receipt at sales@shopelectrohit.com.
  • Our team will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions.
  • Products must be shipped back using our approved return courier service.

Shipping & Inspection

  • Return Shipping: ELECTROHIT PTY LTD arranges and covers all return shipping costs within Australia.
  • Inspection: All returned products are inspected upon arrival. Items with missing accessories, damage, or signs of misuse may incur a restocking fee or be deemed ineligible for a refund.

Refund Process

If the product meets all return conditions and passes inspection, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method (bank transfer) within 5–10 business days.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by Australian Commonwealth Contract Law.
